Who is LoonLink built for?
LoonLink is built for HR teams at public school districts, charter schools, and private schools. Employees, approvers, administrators, and substitutes each have tools for their part of the workflow.
Are time off, substitutes, and timecards separate products?
They are connected workflows in the same platform. An absence can lead to substitute coverage, and approved absence hours can flow into timecards according to the employee’s working calendar.
Can we import our existing data and export it later?
Yes. LoonLink includes bulk import and export tools for supported records, including employees, assignments, leave balances, and absences. A demo is a good opportunity to walk through your files and confirm the available formats and fields.
How is our pricing tier determined?
Your flat monthly total is based on the licensed-user band you fall into. Each band covers up to 250 additional users, with package totals increasing by $200 per band, up to 5,000 users. Use the pricing slider to estimate your monthly total.
